My Daily Supplement Routine and What Has Helped Me Feel Better

Lifestyle + Wellness

Over the past year, I have become much more intentional about how I support my body. Not in an extreme way and not in a fix everything overnight kind of way, but in a slower, more thoughtful way. I started paying attention to how I felt day to day. My energy levels. My mood. My digestion. My focus. Instead of pushing through, I began asking myself how I could better support my body long term.

Supplements have become part of that journey for me. I am still learning. I am still researching. I do not believe in perfection when it comes to wellness. I believe in awareness, consistency, and making small adjustments that add up over time. What I am sharing here is simply what I am currently taking and what has personally helped me feel more balanced and supported.

If you prefer to see everything in one place, my full Amazon supplement list is here!

Nature Made Vitamin D3 1000 IU

I take Nature Made Vitamin D3 1000 IU daily as a foundational supplement. Vitamin D supports immune health, bone strength, and overall mood stability. So many women are low in Vitamin D without realizing it, especially if you are not consistently in direct sunlight throughout the year.

Since being consistent with it, I have noticed that my energy feels more steady and I do not experience that heavy seasonal dip the way I used to. I take it with food because Vitamin D is fat soluble and absorbs better that way. It is simple, affordable, and something I consider a core part of my routine.

BulkSupplements Fish Oil 1000mg Softballs

I added BulkSupplements Fish Oil 1000mg Softgels to support brain health, heart health, and inflammation levels. Omega 3s are essential, and because I do not consistently eat fatty fish, I wanted to make sure I was filling that gap intentionally.

Over time, I have felt like my skin looks more hydrated and my body feels less inflamed, especially during stressful seasons. I always take this with a meal to help with absorption.

NatureWise Vitamin C 1000mg Capsules

I take NatureWise Vitamin C 1000mg Capsules for immune support and antioxidant protection. Vitamin C also plays a role in collagen production, which supports skin health.

This one feels very foundational. During colder months or busy seasons when I am around more people, I like having that added immune support built into my routine. It is simple, effective, and easy to stay consistent with.

Revive MD Inositol Supplement

As I started learning more about women’s hormonal health, I became interested in inositol. I currently take Revive MD Inositol Supplement as part of that hormone support journey.

Inositol is often used to support hormonal balance, blood sugar regulation, and mood stability. Since incorporating it, I have personally felt more stable energy throughout the day and fewer noticeable mood fluctuations. This is one I am still actively learning about, but I genuinely love how I feel when I am consistent with it.

Garden of Life Organics Prenatal Vitamin

I use Garden of Life Organics Prenatal Vitamin as my nutritional foundation. Even outside of pregnancy, I believe in supporting my body with high quality nutrients, especially B vitamins, iron, and folate.

I chose this specific prenatal because it is organic and made from whole food based ingredients. For me, it acts as insurance on busy days when my meals are not perfectly balanced. It gives me peace of mind knowing I am covering essential nutrients.

Trace Minerals ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops

One of the simplest but most impactful additions to my routine has been Trace Minerals ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops. I add a few drops into my morning water to support hydration, electrolyte balance, and cellular function.

It seems small, but I genuinely notice a difference in how hydrated I feel and how steady my energy is when I am consistent with this. It is one of those habits that quietly supports everything else.

My Supplement Organizer

Staying consistent would not be realistic for me without systems. I use this weekly supplement organizer to prep everything in advance.

At the start of the week, I portion everything out so my mornings are simple. Instead of opening multiple bottles every day, everything is already ready. That small level of organization has made the biggest difference in sticking to my routine. Wellness habits are always easier when they are convenient and visible.

Why Supplements Became Important to Me

This routine was never about aesthetics. It was about how I felt in my own body. I did not want constant afternoon crashes or to rely only on caffeine to get through the day. I wanted to feel steady, clear headed, and supported in a way that felt sustainable.

Supplements do not replace whole foods, sleep, movement, or sunlight. I still prioritize those first. But I see supplements as supportive tools that help fill in nutritional gaps and create a stronger foundation. Learning about how nutrients affect energy, hormones, and long term health has made me feel more connected to my body rather than frustrated with it.

If you are just starting your own supplement routine, begin slowly. Add one thing at a time and pay attention to how you feel. Get labs done if possible. There is no prize for taking the most supplements. The goal is simply to support your body in a way that feels aligned and realistic for your life.

Some of the links in this post are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you choose to purchase through them at no extra cost to you. I only share products I personally use and genuinely love. As always, speak with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.

At the end of the day, taking my supplements each morning feels less like a checklist and more like a quiet act of care. It is a reminder that long term wellness is built through small, consistent decisions. I am still learning, still adjusting, and still growing, but I truly love the journey I am on.
